FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS...
On March 19, 1997, Estep Realty Service was formed by broker/owner Jim Estep. Jim used the land development experience gained from construction of the 125,000 square foot plaza along Rt. 22 (formerly known as “Hill’s Plaza”) in Cambria Township as the basis for the agency’s objectives. The Estep Realty Service office opened with a primary focus on commercial site selection, land sales and land development, along with the sale of larger tracts of land and some uniquely beautiful country estates.
Doug Tusing joined the firm in 2002 as a Sales Agent and became an Associate Broker in 2005. Doug brought his twenty years of experience in civil engineering, business analysis and land development working both nationally and abroad for ExxonMobil, and proved to be an excellent fit for the agency.
Sadly, Jim Estep passed away in November of 2024. At that time, Doug was appointed by Jim's family to oversee the final disposition of Estep Realty Service. Doug promptly converted his Associate Broker's license to a full Broker's license, and as a result, NEXTEP REALTY SERVICE, LLC was born.
Like its predecessor, NEXTEP REALTY SERVICE, LLC is a proud, independent, local agency. We believe buyers and sellers will make sound decisions once all of their questions are answered.
